Fights the End in Permanent Damage?

I'm looking for fight stories that end with the losers, or both participants tits suffering permanent damage. Things like lost nipples, torn Cooper Ligaments, stuff like that. I've read too many stories where characters 'almost' have their tits ruined, or have pull their breasts back from the 'breaking point', and want to read something that goes past that. And the few stories I have found that seem to have characters that suffer serious damage, always seem to have an epilogue about how everybody healed up OK.

I want to read something where I know that stakes are high, where I know that the loser is never going to be the same, but will actually be permanently diminished as a woman. Something with real, actual tension.

Anybody have any recommendations?

Thanks so much for this! You're the first person to reply with anything remotely interesting. It was awesome getting to read a story knowing from the beginning that the stakes were high; that the loser would face serious consequences. Positively thrilling!

I know EXACTLY what you mean savage, fights or brawls are visceral and pose a very real risk and consequences, regardless of the type or rules involved. Whether it be a broken arm or leg, a gouged eyeball, a torn off nipple, or even a deadly blow, risks are part of the game that fighters play, and its nice to see it portrayed in the storyline.
